Many years ago Russo was born to Johan and Ruzanne Gouws in Pretoria, South Africa. Growing up with parents who were and still are high performers and limitless thinkers, she was inspired to be the best she could be regardless of what she was doing. After finishing her BSc degree in Quantity Surveying at the University of Pretoria, she explored several avenues that interested her including playing golf, flipping houses and being a real estate agent. Her first love has always been to explore people and their limitations, and then to change perspectives and help those people step into their personal power. This fascination fueled her to explore the research and works of brilliant minds in the world and become a coach. In 2015 Russo became a managing partner and Team Leader in a Keller Williams Realty Market Centre. Today she spends her time coaching top performers in the real estate industry on two continents and loves every minute of it!
